When I contacted Luther on some houses I wanted to go see; he exceeded my expectations.
He researched and brought with him paperwork about the history of the homes, the survey of land, and gave me great advice on what to expect from looking at different style of homes. He was very easy to talk to, and found answers to any of my questions. I would definitely recommend him to others.
Luther went beyond the call of duty showing the property that we eventually bought.
I, personally, would have cancelled our showing on a cold, snowy day, but he was patient with the circumstances--putting chains on my pickup truck. Our deal almost fell through a couple of times, but his persistence help us close the deal. He is honest with high integrity. I definitely recommend Luther for future real estate endeavors.
